1) Returns & Refunds
Change of mind / incorrectly ordered / found cheaper elsewhere — We do not accept returns or provide refunds or credits for these reasons. Please place your order carefully.
Unopened items — If you are dissatisfied for any reason before opening the product, contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a full refund of the goods value. Email: info@baliflags.com. Returns must be authorised before sending items back.
Opened items with a defect on receipt — If your product is defective upon receipt and the defect is revealed once opened, you may return it for a refund of the goods value. Please include:
- Name, address, email, phone
- Order number
- Reason for return
Shipping costs — We refund the goods value only. If shipping charges are to be reimbursed, we will provide a store credit equal to the shipping amount — applied to your next purchase.
Process — Refunds are issued once returned product(s) are received and inspected. Contact Customer Service for return instructions before sending anything back.
2) Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Please select products carefully.
3) Pricing, Availability & Errors
Prices, information and discounts may change without notice. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will offer an alternative, store credit, or a refund for the unavailable product.
We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies on the site.
4) Payment Information & Security
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Your statement will show Land Matters Pty Ltd as the vendor.
All online transactions are processed over SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. We consider card and PayPal payments the simplest and most secure payment methods. If you have an objection to these methods and sincerely wish to purchase, contact us to discuss alternatives.
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a dispatch notification when your order ships.
5) Ordering & Out-of-Stock
Add items to your cart, adjust quantities as required, then complete checkout. Variable shipping (if applicable) is shown before final payment.
If an item is out of stock after ordering, we will contact you within 24–48 hours with options: substitute, store credit, or refund for the unavailable item.
6) Shipping, Delivery & Returns to Sender
Dispatch — Standard product orders typically dispatch within 48 hours via Post, EMS or DHL. Custom orders dispatch upon completion.
International customers — We rely on local postal services and international air space — delays can occur outside our control. All international orders ship with a traceable consignment number. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, contact us so we can investigate. Due to carrier restrictions and geopolitical conditions, delivery to some countries may be unavailable.
Address accuracy — Please ensure shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses. “Returned to Sender” parcels can take up to one month to reach us. We cannot reship or refund until the return is received.
7) Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties. These are the customer’s responsibility. We will assist with documentation where possible but cannot accept liability for such charges.

“Bali Flags”, “Balinese Flags”, “baliflags.com” and associated graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Land Matters Pty Ltd trading as Balinese Flags. They may not be used in connection with any product or service not belonging to us, in any manner likely to cause confusion, or that disparages or discredits us.
All other trademarks, brand names, product names and company names mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of these marks nor any affiliation, endorsement or association with their owners unless explicitly stated.
e) License & Site Access
We grant you a limited, revocable license to access and make personal use of this site. Any resale, commercial use, collection and use of product listings, descriptions or prices, derivative use of the site or its contents, downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant, or use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering tools is prohibited without our express written consent.
f) Your Account
We sell to adults. If you are under 18, you may use our checkout only with parent or guardian involvement. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
g) Product Descriptions
We aim to be accurate; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete or current. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused as per our Returns policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this site or from any products purchased from this site — including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Displaying a product for sale does not guarantee our ability to fulfil or accept the order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for disputes arising from or related to your use of the site or purchases made through www.baliflags.com.

Prices may be displayed and transacted in AUD, USD, GBP or EUR. A currency selector may be provided on the site for your convenience.
